END OF UPDATE.
This is an easy part but expect much expenses. Since your documents are now authenticated or you had it Red Ribbon already from DFA, last part is having it Attested in the UAE Embassy in the Philippines.
Location:
UAE Embassy Attestation. All documents are stamped at the UAE Embassy.
Requirements: All your previously gathered documents and certificates and paying some fees P1700 and above.
What is a Certificate of Attestation and why we need it?
This certificate is an evidence confirming of authenticity of a document of a person – ie: diploma, TOR (Transcript or Records), birth certificate, certificate of nationality, marriage certificate, professional licenses, technical training diploma and the like, required by foreign countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, Canada and many more although these papers are related to DFA Red Ribbon certificates as they are issued same thing as UAE attestation and UAE stamp.
These services can be done at any DHL branch nationwide. You will pay additional fees though for the freight and delivery charges. You will also be required to prepare a Manager’s Check for the UAE attestation payment (P1700) and other fees for DFA Red Ribbon which costs few hundreds per document. Take note, these price may change after I wrote this post.
Processing time for DFA authentication is for 2 weeks or less. Sometimes faster than that. It just depends upon the holidays here in the Philippines or the pile of applications. You know how it is here.
There are UAE and Dubai attestation services offered by local agencies in the country. However, they charge higher price for processing your papers. We can do it ourselves anyway and save more money.
PROCEDURES ON AUTHENTICATION/UAE ATTESTATION.
1)Documents for authentication should have the seal and red ribbon of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
2)Documents are sent ONLY thru our accredited courier company – WWW Express/DHL - with branches nationwide. The courier fee is separate from the authentication fee of the Embassy.
3) Authentication fee is P1,700.00 per red ribbon (of the DFA).
4)The authentication process takes seven (7) WORKING days.

UAE Embassy, Manila Philippines.
Visit the nearest DHL in your place and let them do the job. Prepare for at least Php 4,000.00 for the process since the courier fee is separated from the attestation fee of Php 1,700.00
Note: Always keep a copy of your receipt. And before sending all your documents have a certified true copy with you.
Once you received all your documents from the Embassy you are now ready to go. :)
